Hello, my lovely friends! How is the year 2017 turning out for you all? I hope you are enjoying it to the fullest. I wish you all a very successful year ahead. It has been a long time since I last posted. Life has been extremely busy for me lately. I am heading towards the completion of my study course. And although I did not post all this time, you were always on my mind. In fact, I kind of felt guilty of not posting regularly.
Now let me give you some life updates. The fall and winter seasons were jam packed with assignments and submissions. I also made a few trips with friends here and there. We went for a trip to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg and it was magical as always! What an amazing time we had.
The beautiful Christmas lights just brought back the artist in me. I could not wait any longer and painted this piece right after coming back home.
I also painted a piece for my website (which my darling husband updated gladly this summer!). The new layout surely freshened up my website and I am loving every bit of it. Hope you like it too. Thank you, my love!
Love reminds me of Valentine’s Day coming right across the corner. I know, yet another wonderful time of the year. I generated this coupon code specially for you guys this season. Feel free to explore my SHOP for coffee mugs, throw pillows, bags and much more! Of course, the good old art prints and greeting cards never get out of fashion. Who knows you might actually find that perfect gift for your loved one!
You can actually paint your Valentine’s Day cards on your own for that personal touch! Below are the links to some fun and easy cards from my Valentine’s Day Cards series I did last year. Hope you like them!

As my course is about to end I will be able to post regularly again. So I am signing off now with the promise to come back with the first tutorial of 2017 very soon. Till then paint and enjoy this love season to the fullest! Feel free to write to me via e-mail for any questions regarding this medium or for sharing your beautiful artworks with me.
Happy painting!
Swati
